Economy Service
- Delivery Time: 4-7 days (Java), 7-14 days (Outside Java)
- Coverage: Nationwide including remote areas
- Shipping Cost: Most affordable option
- Features: Budget-friendly, tracking number provided
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package Weight: Charged per kilogram (minimum 1kg)
- Destination: Distance from our warehouse to your location
- Service Type: Regular, Express, or Economy
- Package Dimensions: Volumetric weight may apply for large items
Free Shipping: Enjoy free regular shipping for orders above IDR 500,000 to selected areas in Java.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number (AWB/Receipt Number). You can track your package status through:
- Your account dashboard on our website
- Email notifications with tracking updates
- Direct tracking via the courier's official website or app
Tracking Activation: Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours after shipment.
DELIVERY PROCESS
- Delivery Attempts: Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- Recipient Verification: Valid ID may be required upon delivery
- Package Inspection: You may inspect the package before accepting
- Signature Required: Proof of delivery will be collected
- Failed Delivery: Package will be held at the nearest courier office for 3-7 days
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note the following restrictions:
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Some remote areas may have limited service availability
- Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons or holidays
- Weather conditions and natural disasters may cause delays
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at dypaqeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. Eligible orders will be reshipped or refunded according to our return policy.
