By placing an order at DYPAQE, you agree to the following pre-order terms:

• Orders are placed before the production period begins
• Shipping estimates will be informed on each product
• Payment can be made via DP (Down Payment) or Full Payment
• Full payment must be completed before the shipping period

We accept payments through Duitku Payment Gateway:

Minimum DP payment is 50% of the total product price. Full payment can be made anytime before the shipping period.

FREE SHIPPING applies to all products with no minimum purchase. Shipping is handled through:

• JNE
• J&T Express
• SiCepat
• AnterAja

Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after production is complete and payment is settled.

The pre-order process has the following terms:

• Pre-order period is maximum 14 days
• Full payment must be completed within 3 days after the deadline notified
• If full payment is not made within the specified time, DP will be forfeited

We will not sell or share your data to third parties.

DYPAQE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website.
